Paul Coughran
Paul CoughranDirector of Brand and Strategy
With more than 15 years’ experience in outsourced environments -,Paul is a leader who understands what is required to deliver sales excellence.
Years of commercial exposure and practical experience allow him to understand what makes an outsourcing partnership work – a strong, ethical culture, sound business process and practice, genuine accountability and open communication. Paul has regulatory experience in field sales, having being involved in the start-up – and on the Board of Directors with Sales Assured.

Paul is passionate about improving the customer experience and evolving direct sales through SIQ’s new PANDR concept.

Michael Stockinger
Michael StockingerGM Sales & Training
Michael established his career initially in sales before moving into training and more specifically, Sales training. As a Cert IV qualified trainer and current MBA student, he is passionate about business best practice and arming each trainee with the right tools, instrumental to sales success. Michael also extends his hand to in-field coaching & support. Michael has a keen interest in digital, marketing, human behavior and sales psychology. A Telstra exec recently described Michael’s training as ‘the best he had ever seen delivered’. We think that says a lot.
Haider Butt
Haider ButtFinance & IT Manager
Haddie commenced his career in collections with Dun & Bradstreet, before spending time with a number of Australian energy retailers in Disconnection, Collection and Quality Assurance roles. Haddie brings to SIQ a wealth of experience in both Operations and Finance in the energy industry. In his spare time, Haider is a student of Web Design – adding extra depth to SIQ’s IT capability.
Michael Lavan
Michael LavanHead of Business Sales
Michael started his sales career in the UK working for an outsource sales company where he managed door-to-door sales teams for numerous clients. After spending two years in the UK he moved back to Australia, gaining experience in the Telemarketing industry for 6 years. Michael currently manages a Business to Business field force who sell, Energy, VEET, Solar, Telco and more. Michael has over 8 years’ experience in business to business, residential, call centers and kiosk sales. This is both in startup projects and re-alignments.
Michael brings to our team energy, drive and a natural hunger and determination for sales.
Michael Dunlop
Michael DunlopHead of PANDR
Michael is the young gun of the team – yet brings a level of expertise in sales management and key relationship building well beyond his years. Michael has broad and comprehensive experience managing successful campaigns across retail, events and residential sales. Michael has been an integral component of the PANDR campaign from the outset and is responsible for client acquisition, key account management as well as overseeing our field sales team. With an inclination to succeed and an innovative mindset, Michael ensures our PANDR campaigns work for both the client, SIQ and our sales agent. He has broken new ground with PANDR – achieving success in markets never before sold through a direct sales model.
Nikita Renwood
Nikita RenwoodOperations Manager
Nikita has nearly a decade of Operations and Senior Account Management experience. With a background in the energy comparison industry, Nikita has an in-depth knowledge of nearly every Australian energy retailer’s CRM’s, systems and processes. She has a wide range of experience including Inbound and Outbound calling, Training, Quality Assurance and Operations. Nikita is also a qualified Interior Designer – adding a little style to SIQ’s substance!
